Paul Hayes, of London Road, was detained at 11.30pm after an anonymous tip off from the general public led the police to Grand Avenue where they discovered Mr Hayes ‘serving up’ to a large queue of vegans and health conscious Hove mums. A subsequent search of the suspect’s car revealed courgettes, aubergines and traces of broccoli.

Brighton’s large vegan population combined with the recent shortage of salad as a result of poor weather on the continent, has driven individuals to seek alternatives ways of getting their vegetable fix. Sgt Mike Wilcox of Sussex Police said, ‘This is becoming a big problem now. We believe a large amount of salad has been smuggled into the country from South America. The…

2017 Projects!

For 2017 I have a list of projects, some are new and some are old.

The new projects are a dvd based laser engraver and a corexy laser.

The old projects are the IX35 raspberry pi computer and the 3d scanner.

I hope that the 3d scanner will end up incorperated into a corexy laser engraver and 3d printer.

Spring is officially here (well going by the Anime calendar)!

How can I say this?
Several of the “Winter” Animes have come to an end ready for the next crop, but which ones ended?
This is a list of the ones that I have been watching that ended (in no particular order)

  • Schwarzesmarken
  • Hai to Gensou no Grimgar (has this actually finished?
  • Dimension W
  • Mobile Suit Iron Blodded Orphans
  • Durarara (after 3 seasons)
  • God Eater (that got dragged out)
  • Luck and Logic
  • Bubuki Buranki
  • Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri ( I hope this is just a season)
  • Heavy Object
  • Divine Gate
  • Active Raid

UPDATE 02-APRIL-2016: The following have now also finished.

  • Phantasy Star Online 2: The Animation
  • Norn 9 + Norn.
  • Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm

  • Musaigen no Phantom World

There are some still ongoing, but the new season has some good and bad surprises.

Ghost in the Shell has a new VR Video coming out that makes use of the current gen VR apps.

Mobile Suit UC (unicorn) should have the next episode out soon (and dare I guess the next thunderbolt episode should not be to far behind)

A second series of Asterisk wars (Gakusen Toshi Asterisk)

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress (Koutetsujou no Kabaneri) a Steampunk Style anime

Along with  more anime’s that I am yet to pick through.

Will they be any good, it is to early to tell.

Motoko Kusanagi cameo.

motoko

Look who made a cameo in an anime, A younger version of Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell

Well that’s the last straw, the hotend just caught on fire!
Fucking piece of junk!

Nope totally screwed now!

So just tried to print again and melted the x-carriage, not sure if it was the bulldog or the Hexagon AO that caused the over heating (there is a fan running between the two but something overpowered it!) and its buckled the xcarriage so i can’t do anything now.

Not sure if the fan wasn’t working enough or the extruder overheated but the resault is a printer that can’t be used!

Purse i3 = Paper weight.

Well everything was fine, then I sent a 1 1/2 hr long print through it and it printed it mirrored.
Went back through the Diagnosing and commissioning and realised I muddled up x and y axis (always getting left and right wrong. changed them over re-ran the test and it now works correctly, run the test extrude and fine.
send an object through to print and Noting, zero, zilch. will not extrude!
Run the test extrude via print run and works fine, re-run the print and failed to extrude
It printed this object fine before.
This is really getting on my nerves now!

Edit: This IS NOT a manufacture issue, going by a forum post on riprap forums, it’s an issue with the ABS filament!

ooznest work hard to provide good helpful support on their Facebook page!

I have a Prusa i3

I took the plunge and ordered my self a Prusa i3 printer from ooznest and have spent around then hours on building it so far.

Tonight I made a breakthrough and started the test and calibration but have a problem with an end stop.
I hope I haven’t killed something but something just isn’t working correct.
I have had enough tonight and will try again tomorrow.

wingproto

My first foray into MG class 1/100 scale gundams and it’s a custom Wing Zero Proto and Universe booster.
This thing is 350mm wing tip to wing tip but is very back heavy and needs some additional work before I can strip it down and paint it.
